Cancellation, Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
As per our terms of service, our policy on Order Cancellation, Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges reflects the personalized nature of our products: we cannot accept cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and paid for.
Exceptions apply if your order is incomplete, contains errors, or arrives defective. Please send us a photo of the fault to babybeyouau@gmail.com or via messages on our Instagram or Facebook pages within three days of receipt, and we will send you a replacement immediately.
