How much is personalisation of my baby gift?
We offer free personalisation with every baby gift order. Choose from our White Velvet, Black Velvet, or Metallic Gold print, in your choice of six fonts. We also offer three free signature personalisation designs for our Organic Cotton Romper.
Do you personalise the baby gifts using embroidery?
Our baby gift personalisation does not involve any embroidery or stitching, so you don't need to worry about itchy threads on the inside of our buttery-soft organic cotton romper, or messy backward-reading names on the other side of your bunny's ear!

- Signature Velvet Print (White/Black) – a raised, soft, velvety texture that adds a luxurious feel to your gift.

Can I create my own baby gift sets online?
Not for now. We will be allowing this option soon.
Baby Gift Box and Gift Wrap

I'm ordering this as a baby gift. How can I get it gift wrapped?
To welcome a newborn to the world, or to celebrate a first birthday, these baby gifts are your way of sending your love to a special little one, so we make sure each gift is beautifully wrapped in a luxurious gift box that they can use as a keepsake box. Each order is carefully personalised, encased in wrapping paper and, topped off with your personalized gift card, placed in our gold-embossed gift box, and finished with a luxurious bow.
I'm ordering for more than one child. Can I get my order wrapped in multiple boxes?
Orders are automatically packed in a single luxe gift box. If you'd like your order packed separately, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Can I include a gift message?
Every order comes with a complimentary in-house-designed gift card, where you can send your well wishes. You can write a gift message when making your order.
How can I be sure the gift box will arrive in good condition?
Our luxe gift boxes are made with hardcover, and we also carefully wrap each order in many layers of bubble wrap to protect your gifts. We want the unboxing to be a special and luxurious experience for your gift recipient.

What are my delivery options?
We know how exciting it is to receive something special for your little one. Every personalised gift is carefully made to order, so please allow 3 business days for us to craft it just for you.
- Processing time: 3 business days
- Standard Shipping within Australia: 3–6 business days, depending on location
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days, depending on location

Do you ship internationally?
Our Australian store ships within Australia only.
Baby Gift Set Orders
Can I pick up my order in person?
Right now we only offer delivery and don’t have a pickup option. We’ve designed it this way so your gift can be packed with care and arrive safely at your doorstep, leaving you free to focus on celebrating your little one.
My order is missing. Can you help?
If your order hasn’t arrived, please check your tracking details first to confirm its latest status. Sometimes parcels may be delayed in transit or held at your local post office.
If your parcel is confirmed missing by the courier, here’s what happens next:
- Replacement or Refund: Under Australian Consumer Law, if goods are lost in transit and never reach you, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund. We’ll work with our courier partner to investigate and resolve this as quickly as possible.
- Investigation with Courier: We’ll lodge an inquiry with the courier service on your behalf. This usually takes a few business days.
- Outcome: Once the courier confirms the parcel is lost, we will either resend your order or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Note: If the tracking shows the item as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact us immediately so we can escalate the case with the courier.
